As healthcare education evolves, Professional Identity Formation (PIF) becomes critical in the development of professional students. Presenters will share the collaborative efforts among faculty and student affairs of three different pharmacy schools, guiding professional students in discovering innovative pathways to build professional identity amidst chaos in the healthcare system.
