Abstract
This is a panel presentation of Latinas sharing culturally relevant stories of their continued journeys through leadership. This presentation is rooted in high interest and need for mentorship within the Latina community. Sharing our experiences is vital to developing authentic relationships and creating mentoring opportunities, areas that are critical for women of color in developing positive experiences. The panelists will share their career trajectory and experiences that have helped them in breaking barriers.
