Abstract
This panel of Chingona Latina women in Higher Education will share from their published testimonios in Diverse Experiences of Latinas in Higher Education (Hernández, 2023). Too often, Latinas face the expectation of following dominant cultural norms. The panelists will discuss how they redefined professionalism on their terms and will provide a glimpse into the complexities negotiating the Higher Education Landscape. Panelists will share their hopes, lessons learned and their expectations of the profession.
