Abstract
Research shows the use of cannabis among college students continues to rise. While the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act prevents colleges from allowing cannabis use on campus, campus administrators must work with students to understand their rights, and the potential community consequences for students and staff who use. The presenters will cover the myriad ways campus cannabis policies and practices should be addressed, regardless of the status of legalization in a given state.
