Abstract
Reorganizing an entire division of student affairs is a daunting task. Join the presenters to take a behind-the-scenes look at how one division at an R1, land-grant, large public institution tackled this challenge. The presenters, who led this process, will facilitate a collaboration session that focuses on on answering questions and digging under the surface to understand the approaches, philosophies, and institutional partnerships used to spark the beginning of an organizational transformation.
