Abstract
Student Affairs leaders are called to create campus cultures of compassion, well-being, equity, and social justice. The Okanagan Charter is an international framework developed by experts from 45 countries specifically for universities and colleges to improve the health and well-being of the people who live, learn, and work on our campuses. Internationally, universities are adopting this aspirational framework, including 19 in the US, to guide actions to improve well-being. Presenters will share how the Okanagan Charter can inform practice.
