Abstract
Billions are invested annually in student services, but many students never access them. When the value of higher education is being publicly questioned, institutions can not afford to have underutilized services. UC Berkeley and Cal Poly Pomona are leveraging the power of peer relationships to break down barriers to accessing student support. The presenters will share how they have approached fostering student engagement and belonging through integrating peer mentorship into their undergraduate and graduate student success strategy.
