Abstract
Creating a culture of assessment continues to be a challenge for some institutions. Change Management models provide a structured process for implementing change (Miranda and Bottorff, 2022). Using a change management model can expedite the adoption of assessment by the division/department. During the session, the presenters will provide an overview of change management, examples of change management models, and the environment needed to build a culture of assessment.
