Abstract
In our changing and restructuring world of higher education, a key challenge for graduate students is navigating the pathway between professional development and self awareness in relation to landing their first job. During this session, the presenters will share strategies and resources on how graduate students can make the most out of their graduate school journey. The presenters will focus on the need to increase awareness about professional development skills to ensure students can advocate for themselves during their journey to employment.
