Abstract
Many senior student affairs officers begin to count down the days to retirement as they close in on a certain age. This period of life can be filled with uncertainty as the future looks and feels very different from the path to the senior role. Navigating the uncertainty at the end of a significant life event can be filled with emotions, challenges and opportunities. This panel presentation will provide insight into a variety of pathways that are viable options for “retirement” life.
