Abstract
Despite the press to return to “normal” following the pandemic, there is evidence that faculty, staff, and student well-being continue to suffer. Traditional models of care at colleges and universities have focused on segmented services, with little support for faculty and staff, and few examples of how institutions remove silos. The presenters will discuss current challenges facing campus well-being, and offer a case study for a unified model for care, intervention, and support.
