Abstract
The Black & African American Men's Summit creates a space for dialogue among African American men about professional and personal coaching and mentoring within the student affairs profession. Through engaging dialogue based around identified competencies, individual practitioners will examine their own development needs around the various opportunities that are afforded to them. Presenters will lead participants in an assessment of their goals and provide a starting point for a personal professional development plan for their career.
