Abstract
The strategic principal advisor (SPA) role includes positions such as chief of staff, advisor, special assistant, etc. to the senior student affairs officer. Presenters will explore the multitude of duties, diverse career paths, and challenges and opportunities in the SPA role. Participants will engage in discussions and facilitated networking designed for SPAs. Individuals new to the role, seasoned professionals and individuals interested in an SPA role in the future should attend.
