Abstract
Over the past year, the NASPA Mid-level Steering Committee has spent time evaluating what it means to be in a mid-level professional role, exploring ways to best support individuals working in these positions. In this workshop, presenters aim to empower mid-level professionals by providing a full day of connection, discussion, reflection, and action. Presenters also aim to help mid-level professionals level up their own sense of engagement, dedication, and future plans.
