The presenter will describe the functional practices of Chippewa Valley Technical College's Student Central (One-stop) Department. Their blueprint for success includes utlizing interaction data and student feedback, and attendees will leave with tangible tools to enhance their existing one-stop services, or implement one-stop services for the first time.
