Abstract
To envision a world of transformative change, a global understanding of student affairs is necessary to provide a holistic understanding of student needs. Global student affairs practices play a crucial role in moving higher education forward by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students and contributing to knowledge sharing and engagement for stakeholders. This study will present regional student affairs practices and provide innovative pedagogical changes to improve the preparation of student affairs educators.
