Abstract
“Mindfulness programs with supervised practice have the most consistently positive evidence” for improving mental health in higher education, according to a 2023 report from the American Council on Education. Presenters will share their experience implementing a successful campus-based mindfulness program to increase well-being and reduce burnout among students and staff using the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (MIEA) curriculum. The presenters will share experiential exercises and campus implementation strategies.
