Abstract
Supervision is more than a weekly checklist. The ability to shape and inform a student leader’s authorship in supporting and engaging other students can completely shift the trajectory of a community. We invite you to learn how to practice Radical Supervision. Radical supervision utilizes a blend of intersectionality, Identity Conscious Supervision, and Sense of Belonging to holistically support students on a personal, institutional and societal level.
