Abstract
Presenters will create space for a candid conversation about the unique challenges that Black chief student affairs officers face as they navigate their leadership journey within higher education. Using high-impact experiences, this panel will provide an opportunity for learning and collaboration between participants. Panelists include current and former administrators who will address the myths, opportunities, and challenges of being the chief student affairs officer, and what is needed to succeed.
