Abstract
The Summit will create a safe and empowering space for Black women in higher education to share their experiences, and explore the power of storytelling as a means of political resistance against dispiriting, objectifying, and dehumanizing practices and policies on college campuses. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions, the pre-conference seeks to empower participants to embrace their narratives, engage in meaningful dialogue, and effect positive change in their institutions and beyond.
